What Are The Hotel Check-in And Check-Out Times? Check-in time is after 3:00 pm. Check out time is at 11:00am. A late check-out of (1) hour is extended to all guests subject to availability at time of request. Complimentary luggage storage is provided for our guests before check-in, and $3 per bag after check-out, cash only accepted.
Do You Offer Early Check-in? Extend your visit with us, we’d love to accommodate you if available! Early check-in may be subject to a $50 USD fee plus tax. Please contact our Front Desk for additional information.

What Is The Minimum Age Requirement For Guest Check-in? 
The minimum age requirement for check-in is 18 years of age, with a valid state/government-issued identification along with a valid matchng debit or credit card for the guest.
Do You Offer Parking For Guests? Valet parking is unavailable, but discounted rates are available at a nearby garage. Please see the front desk for details.
Why is There A Deposit of $150.00 USD Per Night Upon Check-In? Upon checking in, the Hotel will need a valid debit or credit card to hold as a deposit of $150.00 per night for any Incidental charges. This is a hold on the debit or credit card and not an actual charge. Upon check-out, the hold will be automatically released if there are no additional charges. For U.S. Domestic cards, holds will be released within 7 - 14 business days (dependent on your financial institution). For International cards, holds will be released within 14 - 30 business days (dependent on your financial institution).

Do You Accept Packages At The Hotel For Guests? We can accept packages at the hotel for a $2.00 per package handling fee. Guests are responsible for collecting packages during their stay.
Is Wi-Fi Provided In Your Hotel? Of course! Wi-Fi is complimentary in all guest rooms and in the lobby. You can connect up to 3 devices at a time. A passcode is required so please inquire with the Front Desk if you are a guest.
