*Before you drop your bags and discover the city, read these guidelines first:
- Room check-in begins at 3 p.m. daily.
- Room check-out is at 12 p.m. daily.
- The Urban Fee is $34.42 per night (tax included). $30 plus taxes (state tax $2.66 and city tax $1.76).
- Fee inclusions: Business Center, Wi-Fi, 24-Hour Fitness Center, discounts at our business partners including 10% off at An’nam and Ding Korean Barbecue, 5% off at Masseria Caffe and Bakery, 10% off Gotham Florists or a dozen roses for $100 including delivery, $10 off your first Mini Bar Delivery order, 15% off at Drunk Yoga classes
- A $50 per-day credit card authorization for incidental charges will be made at check-in.
- Our standard cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival, unless reservations are made for a promotional rate plan or through a third party.
- We offer complimentary luggage storage for early arrivals. Luggage can be stored after check-out for $2 per bag. For group luggage storage options, please inquire with our group sales team.
- All reservations must be made with a valid credit card. We cannot accept cash at check in, however cash payments can be made at check-out.
- Rollaway beds are $30 per night, based on availability. Only available for specific room types; please inquire at the front desk upon check-in.
